Easter is upon us again and more than ever it symbolizes a time of rebirth when we move forward and leave the past behind us in a sense we will be reborn, empowered and free to live our lives and be true to who we really are and who we want to be.

Spiritual healing through divining

Divination has long been used to foretell a diagnosis of medical symptoms. But still today we use it in one form or another dreams, omens, astrology, dowsing and palmistry. I often think that spiritual healing integrates this system through certain aspects of divining through higher levels of vibrational energy. Though it must be said that dreams play an important part of the human psyche and help guide us towards inner issues as do omens and should not be so easily ignored. As is our own inner built system that is always there to guide us, our own intuition which we ignore at our own peril.  Perhaps we just need to be aware of all the signs that stand before us and take a walk into the unknown and let go of our preconceptions one step at a time.

Blocks in our lives

It’s strange how life has its ups and downs just when you think that everything is settled and running smoothly, bang that one step forward turned into two steps backwards. Blocks are very often caused when we have suffered emotional stress or when we go into fear which can be distressing.

Recently I suffered a sad loss, as my cat who after nearly seventeen years had to be put to sleep. I began to sink into a kind of apathy and was unable to continue my spiritual work as I had become blocked, and began to go into a state of fear.

When I started to work with spirit again a few days later it was as if all my gifts had vanished and my readings and healing work had to be put on hold until I could work through my fears and why I was blocked. Working on oneself is a constant journey but facing things head on and not allowing old habits to suffocate us what makes us all so special.

Thanks to my partner, friends and spirit guides I am now back on track and are in touch with my inner peace again. I was not sure whether to share this with you all but it felt right when I began to write this post.

Stone of successful love

Emerald is a type of beryl and crystallizes into prismatic crystals, the color is emerald green. Emerald is known as the „stone of successful love“, providing wellbeing, sensitivity and loyalty. It can be used to activate the heart chakra, whilst calming emotions bringing a sense of balance into your lives. This stone can be used to remove negativity from yourself which will bring forth positive actions on a practical level. It is useful during meditation by aiding rhythmic breathing essential to reaching a trance like state.

Medical applications: Has been used for disorders of the spine, heart, lungs and muscular system. It can be used to soothe eyes.

Works well with astrological signs of Taurus, Gemini and Aries.

Psychic vampires

No I don’t believe in blood sucking vampires and I’m not asking you to either, but psychic vampires do exist. You see, there are two types of vampires, people and earthbound spirits. 

The first type of vampire we encounter are certain types of people who are just at a low point in their life and through no conscious thought of their own leave you drained and weak, I think we have all met them at one time or another.  

Then there is the type of person who feeds off this energy and uses this to make them feel energized and alive again thankfully these types of people are few and far between but do exist. 

The second type of phsycic vampire is earthbound spirits who feed off our energy in order that they can exist here in our world instead of moving on into the light. This happens to most of us but we are not always aware that there is someone around us.

Breath of life

Life energy has many names from many cultures, Chi, Spirit and Prana, but what does it do? Life energy is about bringing true healing from within. When we go to the doctors we are prescribed drugs that will relieve the symptoms of the disorder but it does not cure us, because the reason for being ill is still present. Any true cure involves changes to one’s lifestyle and to how we perceive ourselves, in other words the physical and
 psychological.

Each breath we take is life energy which in turn enters our bodies through meridians energizing major organs and tissues. Any imbalance to the flow of energy will lead to ill health. The Hebrew term “Ruah” comes from “Ruh” meaning to breath (air in motion) the power of manifestation, or energy.

Shakespeare wrote: "O spirit of love, the spirit which heals", when we are healthy we are full of energy, spirit and love. I truly believe that if we treat ourselves holistically, that we will become whole again and live our lives as they were meant to be.

Hauntings

Over the course of many years I have been contacted by clients & friends to work on energies that can at times cause problems with houses, work places and land.

This is not always to do with spirit & can be elemental in origin. Water for instance can at times be a real problem if your house has been built over underground streams or rivers.

However in some cases an earthbound spirit can become stuck & cause problems. These vary from just feeling that one room or place makes us feel uneasy or even ill depending on your levels of intuition. We must remember that if we wish this spirit to leave eventually that peace must be found so that the earth bound spirit can move forward to the light & inner peace. This can sometimes be a quick process or can take a few weeks depending on the situation which can at times be complex.

I can only say that in life we have the ability to choose where we wish to go with our life & when in spirit choices should be made available as well. These situations should be approached with compassion & deep spiritual love so as to help the earthbound spirit move forward.
