Healing sessions and payments notification

Due to a high number of requests for free healing sessions I thought that I would like to specify Spirit Healings policy. There is a donation only button for absent healing.

All that I ask is that you donate as much or as little as you can afford. Unfortunatly I am unable to offer free healing sessions at this moment in time but feel that the services offered are more than adequate as they offer something for everyone.

Just a little note to say, that all healing sessions must recieve payment first and not after your session, many thanks.

New service for Spirit Healing

I would now like to offer those of you who need spiritual healing a donation only service by absent healing, also known as distance healing. All I ask is that you send me a picture of yourself by email and the reason for your healing session. So that I have a clear image to work with when healing is sent to you.

All donations will be gratefully received regardless of the amount.The donation button is located in Pay Pal section of this site.

Please note that absent healing is just as effective as any other form of healing and can be arranged at a time that is convenient for you.The best time would be when there are as little distractions as possible and you can relax without being disturbed, so that I can work with spirit to ensure the best possible results.

Working with vibration allows me to heal with my guides on a soul level enabling you to move forward spiritually, physically and mentally. Deep soul cleansing is a unique technique and would not be possible without spirits guiding hand and endless compassion. All methods of healing are equal in their effectiveness, though of course we all have our favourite method.

Some prefer hands on as the physical touch is tactile and soothing, then we have healing which is received over the phone, which instils calm soothing energies allowing the healing process to connect symbiotically through me too you. Last but by no means least we have absent healing, let me explain this process to you.

Through my email address you send me your details such as your name maybe even a picture, then enclose why you need healing and any other problems that you feel are relevant to you. You will then receive a confirmation of your email, and also an update of how your healing went after working on you. This can be done at any time unless requested by yourself a preference i.e. a certain day or time which feels best for you.

Just allow your inner intuition to be your guide is the best advice I can give you on how you receive your own healing session.

Please don’t think that because you are of a certain religious persuasion or not as the case maybe that this will in anyway affect your healing experience, as all paths eventually lead us onto the same road. We are all equal and deserving of the gifts bestowed on us, each and everyone.

Coping With Stress

Our bodies react on a biological level to pressure & worries which is one of the most common causes of stress in today's world. If we allow our stress levels to continue over a long period of time this will lead to major health problems.

Doctors recognize that 75% to 90% of patients with health problems are stress related, so how can we regain control of this runaway train?

1 Don't isolate yourself from other people make the effort to interact with others
2 Talk about your problems or concerns
3 Set yourself realistic goals
4 Write everything down that is causing anxiety & take control a step at a time
5 Make sure that you take time each day to relax
6 Exercise even if its only leaving the car at home & walking to work
7 make sure you stick to a set diet & try not to binge on junk food
